I'm new to resonators, round or square. I'm thinking about getting a tenor roundneck resonator guitar. It would be my intent to finger pick, not use a slide or flatpick. I would like to tune it DGBD, like a banjo only without the 5th string. Is there any problem with having the action set as low as as 2.3mm (give or take a little) at the 12th fret? Thanks for any advice.
