Anybody have trouble with Mystic West. I ordered a Dobro Strap Feb 23 and have tried numerous time to call and send emails. Talked to Nathan one time and asked for shipping info. NO RESPONSE. Many more voice mails to Nathan. He will not answer his phone now. Email and phone on web site will not allow access. Today is March 16, 2012 and I am still waiting.
Finally got tired of trying and filed dispute and claim with PayPal.
