I like to listen to and play music that falls somewhere around the edges of Folk, Bluegrass, Old Time Country and/or the Blues. I learned to play slide on a homemade Cigar Box Guitar. It wasn't loud enough so I grabbed a resonator and suit-case drum. I think music should be more about emotional energy, and less about technical prowess. I like to play my music way too fast and loud. Punk Blues is over used and, Speed-Folk doesn't sound right. The closest label so far is Hyper Delta Blues...
